The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with beautiful traditional Austrian furnishings and cozy seating areas where seniors can relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The general areas are well-maintained and pristine, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is very accessible for senior people, with easy-to-navigate hallways and a convenient lift that makes getting to the rooms effortless.

I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there, especially for senior guests. It would have been helpful to have someone available to help carry bags or provide additional support during check-in and check-out.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well-furnished. The restaurant served delightful meals. The location was convenient, close to cable cars and away from the noisy part of town.

Was really impressed with the room I was given and the facilities were very good. The balcony had fantastic views and the area was quiet but also only 3 minutes away from the main street.

The brochure does not do it justice with the pictures of the couple-it makes it appear a bit tacky and this is not what you feel when you arrive

Very nice hotel. Large rooms, nice view from the balcony, close to the ski lifts ( we didn't use them as wrong season) but could see them right next door to the hotel. Excellent facilities. Very quiet place. Staff friendly and helpful

Great staff, very helpful on the last day with allowing us to use the showers after checkout. The hotel's restaurant was very good with delicious food. Lovely breakfast, perfect rooms, and welcoming and friendly staff. The sauna and steam room were perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The hotel is located near Bruck n'Stadl, a great après-ski bar, and within walking distance of Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn gondolas. The single room was well furnished with balcony access and a new bathroom. Good continental breakfast with a range of options. Adjacent to the cable car and a short walk from the gondola, eliminating the need for a ski bus. Excellent wifi connection and free parking. A beautiful sauna/steam bath landscape with mountain views. The hotel organizes hikes with a leader and is located near trailheads for cool hikes. Downtown Mayrhofen is within walking distance. Located near the Ziller River, providing a peaceful sound at night. Great mountain views and guests receive a discount card.

Our second stay in Hotel Andrea - and nothing has changed. The staff is still super-friendly, speaks fluent english, very nice, very helping, glad to assist in whatever you need and explain what questions you may have. Since the hotel was opened to the winter season just 1 day before our stay, it was quite empty so we got upgraded to a better room with no extra charge. Great internet connection, private parking, awesome location in Mayrhofen, good breakfast. No complinats

I have been there for three nights. In spite of low season, hotel worked in regular routine, while almost other hotels where close. Very nice, big and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff are very responsive and friendly! Thank you so much, I recommend this hotel for all !

Some guests have reported that the hotel only has a limited number of parking spaces and does not accept American Express.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, being adjacent to the Ahornbahn cable car and just a short walk from the Penkenbahn ski lifts. This made it incredibly convenient for me to access the slopes and enjoy a day of skiing without any hassle. The staff here were exceptional, allowing me to check in early and even allowing me to leave my luggage on check-out. Their friendly and accommodating nature truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location - seconds from the lifts and some lively bars, wonderful breakfast, the dinner for €10 was delicious, the spa area with sauna and solarium was lovely... everything was much better than we were expecting!

I was surprised to see so few young couples/groups of friends, but that may have just been the time of year.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mayrhofen and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with the lifts to the nearby mountains just a short walk away. The owners, Gaby and Thomas, made our stay comfortable and friendly, ensuring that we felt at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the balcony provided a stunning view of the Alps. The meals served at the hotel were delicious, especially the special New Year's Eve dinner. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Austria.

I recently stayed at Hotel Andrea for a week-long hiking trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and artistic bed decorations that changed daily. The Tyrolean atmosphere of the building added to its charm, and the staff was warm and welcoming, truly caring about the guests' experience. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh fruit, cheeses, and tasty jams. The hotel's location was perfect, with trail heads of amazing hikes just a short walk away, as well as two cable cars for mountain access. Additionally, the hotel is located near downtown and offers free parking. The beautiful sauna/steam bath landscape and the discount card provided to guests were added bonuses.

Spent Easter at a great hotel in the Austrian Alps. The hotel is well-situated near the ski lifts and surrounded by stunning mountain views. We enjoyed the convenience of our room, which was clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was fresh. , we liked the kindness of the staff who was welcoming and ready to help. The food was lovely, especially the breakfast which was varied and abundant.

On the other hand, the night we arrived, it was difficult to find a parking spot near the hotel, we had to park further away and walk. Another downside was the limited space in the common areas.
